One of the greatest challenges the health industry faces when it comes to major IT procurement decisions (eg – around EMRs, prescribing systems, corporate platforms of other kinds with clinical and non-clinical users) must surely be how to appropriately weight the various features of the products, and their relative importance to a range of user groups....
